Details of level8

This semester we learn approximately 30 sentence structures including adj是adj，哪怕，一边…一边, etc. Students will receive specific training on how to tell a story, how to understand ancient Chinese fables, among many other things. There are about 180 words and characters in the textbook. So each week they will learn 16 words and 3 sentences structures during this 15 week span. In the end of the semester, students are expected to be able to tell a story and express their opinion on some issues in Chinese.
In addition to learn the language, cultural points such as Chinese people’s name and the story of Zhen He travelling to the West will be introduced and discussed.
